Recipe
- 2 tablespoons of high-quality organic matcha powder
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of gelatin powder
Directions
- Pour milk into a pan and bring it to a simmer.
- Add matcha powder, sugar and gelatin and mix well.
- Cool the pan with cold water and add fresh cream.
- Pour the green filling into cups and allow them to set in a fridge for 2 hours.
- Serve with whipped cream on top.
