Recipe 1: Matcha Avocado Smoothie
- 1 teaspoon of ceremonial grade matcha powder
- 1 banana
- 1 ripe avocado
- ½ of almond milk
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup (optional)
Recipe 2: Blueberry Matcha Smoothie
- A handful of fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup of baby spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of almond or soy milk
- 2 tablespoons of rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon of ceremonial grade matcha powder
Recipe 3
- 1 cup of water or almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- ¼ avocado
- 1 cup of frozen mango
- ½ inch of fresh ginger, peeled
- A large handful of fresh baby spinach
- ½ teaspoon of ceremonial grade matcha powder
