Power your way through your busy day with an antioxidant-rich smoothie filled with lots of healthy goodies like blueberries, fresh ginger, baby spinach and more!

Recipe 1: Matcha Avocado Smoothie

  • 1 teaspoon of ceremonial grade matcha powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ½ of almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup (optional)

Recipe 2: Blueberry Matcha Smoothie

  • A handful of fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup of baby spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of almond or soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons of rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon of ceremonial grade matcha powder

Recipe 3

  • 1 cup of water or almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 cup of frozen mango
  • ½ inch of fresh ginger, peeled
  • A large handful of fresh baby spinach
  • ½ teaspoon of ceremonial grade matcha powder

 

Directions
