Vegan and Dairy-Free Matcha Energy Balls


1 cup of rolled oats

1/2 cup of raw cashews

1/2 pound of softened pitted dates

1 teaspoon of ceremonial-grade green tea

¼ cup of almond milk


  1. Set up your food processor with a sharp blade and add oats and cashews. Blend on high until the nuts break down into fine pieces.
  2. Add the pitted dates, matcha powder and almond milk. Blend on high speed until thoroughly combined.
  3. The mixture will form into a ball. Carefully the mixture from the food processor and form into small balls with your hands. This recipe makes about 18 balls. Store in an airtight container in a fridge.
