Vegan and Dairy-Free Matcha Energy Balls

1 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup of raw cashews
1/2 pound of softened pitted dates
1 teaspoon of ceremonial-grade green tea
¼ cup of almond milk
Directions
- Set up your food processor with a sharp blade and add oats and cashews. Blend on high until the nuts break down into fine pieces.
- Add the pitted dates, matcha powder and almond milk. Blend on high speed until thoroughly combined.
- The mixture will form into a ball. Carefully the mixture from the food processor and form into small balls with your hands. This recipe makes about 18 balls. Store in an airtight container in a fridge.
